Human resources consultation process

When you work with Clear HR Consulting, your HR-related challenges are clearly defined to ensure you benefit from practical advice, functional solutions and real results.

Step 1: You contact us with your questions via phone or Internet. We see what we can do to help you. If we can help, we'll let you know. If we can't, we'll refer you to someone who can.

Step 2: We meet with you for an initial complimentary consultation session to determine your specific needs, issues and challenges. This usually takes between 1 to 2 hours.

Step 3: We develop a proposal for you which outlines our fees. Upon agreement, we draw up a contract and agree when to start.

Step 4: We assess what your priorities are and determine what HR processes are required to meet your needs.

Step 5: We discuss our recommendations with you, including a plan and timeline for implementation. We also discuss and agree on Clear HR Consulting's role in the plan's implementation.
